This project was a full gut and redo. We started by taking everything out and going back to the concrete block structure. We used the existing footprint in a different configuration to get the most out of the space. We were able to take a 1100 sq. ft, 2 bed, 1 bath home and make it into a 2 bed, 2 bath home. We opened up the floor plan to allow the public space to flow. Aurora Designs worked with the homeowners to select the best materials from local vendors. Using our 12+ years experience to guide the homeowners to materials that will get them the highest return on their investment. The home owners were able to invest in order to get their dream home and still gain a sizable amount of equity at the same time.
